About Us

The unique Spanish-style Aioli Bodega Espanola restaurants and wine bars concepts were created by award-winning restauranteur, Reda Bellarbi Salah. There are three restaurants and wine bars, located in Sacramento and Davis along California's Capitol Corridor, between the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, off Interstate 80. Each restaurant seeks to provide patrons exceptional fine dining experiences in artistic environments. All three restaurants exhibit the work of local artists.

Aioli Bodega Espanola Sacramento is located in the heart of midtown Sacramento. Here you can enjoy a meal inside or on one of the only vine-covered patios in Sacramento, with live Spanish music most weekday evenings. Aioli Bodega Espanola at The Grand Wine Bar is located a few blocks away from California's Capitol in Sacramento, which boasts rose gardens, war memorials, and a stellar arboretum, perfect for an after-dinner stroll. Aioli Bodega Espanola Davis is located in cozy downtown Davis, a cute little college town, freckled with trees, parks, and shops, also perfect for after dinner walks. Exceptional copper work can be found here, including a hand-pounded copper bar and a wall-mounted copper bull.
